How it works

We build AI that can operate computers like humans. In practice that means an agent that turns a plain-language goal into the same clicks and keystrokes a trained person would make.

1. Describe the task

Start with the goal and the rules: “Copy each new order from the inbox into the ERP, and flag anything over the credit limit.”

2. The agent works on screen

It looks at the screen, decides on the next step, acts with the mouse or keyboard, and checks the result, repeating until the task is done. See computer-use AI for the technical loop.

3. People stay in control

Approvals, exceptions and sensitive actions are routed to a person. Every step can be recorded, so it is clear what the agent saw and did.

4. Improve over time

Corrections and edge cases refine the instructions, so the process becomes more reliable without rewriting scripts.
